Hello,
how to create multi-part picture frame? From different frame thicknesses - inter alia even with very fine lines with 1px strength?
With "normal" choices and I'm not screen magnification far - too vague ... Without the use of scripts!

I would start with a rectangle selection, fill it with a color of your choice, then go to Select / Shrink and enter 5px if the first border should be 5px thick. If you want all borders on seperate layers, cut and paste that now onto a new layer and repeat the shrink process again... should work pretty easy!
