how to re-set minus key

the keyboard shortcut of '-' (minus key) as a zoom out has suddenly changed. now the minus key has become a shortcut for exporting an image (CNTL+SHIFT+E keyboard shortcut). i cannot find a way to change the function back to the zoom out. even in the drop-down menu, the '-' sign doesn't appear! (see attachment). can anyone tll me how to re-set the minus key function so that it again works as zoom out?
