well the colorpicker tool is working, but when you clic on the foreground color, then clic on the colorpicker tool in the windows that just openned, the colorpicker isn't working at all... i'm not sure if i'm understable ...
I've got a fresh windows 7 install (64 bits), i didn't try with an ancient version (like 2.7.3) so i don't know if it's only with 2.7.4.

Playing a little bit with the single-window mode now and I wish it would be more like Inkscape's one, to get more space for the canvas, nevertheless is pretty nice to have the close 'x' on the image thumbnails, the new number-sliders are working pretty great too!

Awesome! Thanks gimpusers.com and Jernej!

It is working great. Only small crit on panning the image, it gives strange artefact-lines during the panning itself. Also it goes a bit jaggy/laggy and slow.
