Short Review on 2.7.3 on libregraphicsworld
Alexandre Prokoudine has published a short article with images and videos covering some of the new features on GIMP 2.7.3
- Alt + [1-9] is now used to switch between open tabs in single window mode.
- the Cage tool has now the possibility to add additional and remove unwanted points from the cage.
- The new slider widget that combines many functions for usability in one widget has now been added to all of the dialogues
- A new grid-overlay in the transform tool shows guides for “rule of thirds”, “golden mean”, etc. (especially used for creating asthetically pleasing images).
