No GIMP 2.3.16 for Windows-Users yet

We’ve looked at our statistics and have found out that many people try to find the latest version of GIMP (2.3.16) for windows. We can tell you that there is no such version available to the moment so you can stop searching all the time ;)
The latest developement version, which is pretty stable!, is 2.3.14. All of our tutorials can be easily done with that version, most of them even with GIMP 2.2. As soon as there is an update we will of course inform you instantly.
The latest version (2.3.14) can be downloaded from our download-section.
