PDF files

Hi, everybody

Probably, you can help me with this easily. I can't open PDF files on GIMP 2.6 and manipulate it. Before, it was possible, but now don't. I don't know what changed on my computer. I wanna know which could be the problem and one possible solution.

You don't mention which operating system.
