Moving the Ruler

I's there a way to "adjust" the rulers in the viewer window? What I mean is, instead of having "0,0" in the upper-left hand corner of an image, can you re-position the ruler to where "0,0" is somewhere else on the image?

Nope.

It's useful in some cases though. File a feature request at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/issues maybe (if there isn't one already)?
