GIMP on eBay?!?!

This Guy Says he has Legal Permission to sell Open Sources Software.. I Don’t Think he does for some reason… Am I Right? There's no restriction on selling Free & Open Source Software. The only thing he may run afoul of is trademark infringement.

* if the costomers don't know how to use compilers.

It's legal is he provides the source, even if the customer doesn't know how to use it.
