colormap-remap -> colormap-rearrange

Hi Sven

Sorry about bug #345251; not trying to clutter up bug reports.

I have asked for it to be renamed to colormap-rearrange.c from the time the menu item's label was changed to "Rearrange Colormap" as it's more logical for a person to find it in the source tree.

That only holds true for the minority of users that are using GIMP in the english locale. As long as the procedure name matches the filename, I don't see a good reason to rename the plug-in.
