shipping label resize HELP

I am trying to resize a label from really tiny to normal shipping size i have found the resynthisizer option but it isnt loading into my gimp correctly can anyone help ???

okay firstly ill start by saying i dont know what this resynthisizer option is so i cant comment on that, that said, the image you have linked is impossible to resize into a sharp image.

whenever you shrink an image all the pixels are squashed together, causing blur, to resize a squashed image back up would only scale up the pixes, giving you big squares.

you need the original non-squashed image.
