How good are you at programming?

OMG, that is nothing for me at all!

I've been coding a little bit but I'm not very fit at it

I'm pretty good at programming and would maybe be able to write a Plug-In for GIMP

I'm very good at programming and I would theoretically be able to hack for the GIMP core

Hello,

Regarding the mailing lists mentioned on
http://www.gimp.org/mail_lists.html

* The gimpwin-users mailing list seems to have gone. Do you know what
happened to it? If it can't be recovered, the link could be removed.

* I also think that GIMPimages (age restricted?!), GIMP-perl and
especially GIMP-OS2 could be removed from the mailing list page.

Thanks for reporting this problem. Since no one is actively maintaining
the website, it would help a lot if you could make a patch against SVN
(module gimp-web). That would make it much more likely that the page was
updated.

Where shall I send the svn diff to?

You can send it to this list.

The reply from the owner was along the lines of "Yes! I removed it!
<maniacal laughter>"

GIMPImages is active and does hardly justify the age restriction. It's
looking much like a duplicate of gimp-user, though, and not about
sharing images.

GIMP-Perl and GIMP-OS2 are outdated.
