help-printer interface

Hello,

I am using windows version 1.2.3 of gimp...

i cannot find the printer interface that is illustrated in the help browser...
i am getting instead the normal windows interface which does not allow me to
choose options, such as size of image, colors, etc..., that is, no flexibility is present...
the interface in the browser help menu looks great but it does not seem to be
part and parcel of the version i am using or it is a plugin that i vannot find...

can you help???
