hp photosmart print setup

Hi all,

Is anyone using the hp photosmart 7200 series usb printer, and succesfully printing photos using the gimp?

I have spent all afternoon reading the FM, and have got nowhere. all I get is a band of text across the top like this

%!PS-Adobe-3.0%%Creator: Print plug-in V4.2 for GIMP/Gimp-Print 4.2.7 (DATE)
