Access Gimp once installed

I have installed Gimp on my computer but I have no idea how to now run the program. the installation didn't automatically set up an icon on the desktop and I don't know which of any of the files in the folders in this snapshot I should use to open it. Can someone help me?

Under Windows 2.10, if you did not change the default installation:

"C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\bin\gimp-2.10.exe"
