GIMP-created gif failing to upload to image hosting sites

I've created a gif in GIMP consisting of several still frames (.tif images) and one frame which contains the actual animation (an external .gif I imported). After combining this all and exporting it as an animated gif, trying to read the file gives weird results.

This is a screen recording I took of the Photos app in Windows 10 trying to open the file: https://gfycat.com/DifficultViciousEuropeanpolecat

It *sorta* works, but it loads very slowly and just looks very clunky. I figured maybe it was the Photos app being stupid, but I tried uploading it to both postimage.org and imgur.com and I actually got error messages from both sites.

It looks like there's something wrong with the .gif file that GIMP outputted. Can anyone help me export a proper gif file from GIMP? I've attached the .xcf file I used to export the .gif from. And please don't steal my content and post it on reddit.com/r/prequelmemes ;P

EDIT: The attachment is too large, so here's a link to download the xcf file: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ar-6Uspczn-fiLxEoMWv6hk8NQeEyA
