Resize qestion

Hi
I have a image which is like 98x98 pixels. how to best scale it to something like 200x200 I am not a image person. how to get the sharpest image in this situation.

Image->Scale Image

Then select what you would like to do, maybe a ratio of 2x2, maybe a fixed new size of say 200x200.

There is also an interpolation option, experiment with that for desired results

Interesting. Does that affect the quality of the picture, can you see loads of pixels etc?
