Fonts for commercial use

Hi there,

I know that GIMP is free for commercial use, but what about the fonts that come with it? Can I use them on T-shirt designs and such?

GIMP does not ship with any fonts.

GIMP uses the fonts installed on your system. No fonts "come with" it. So whether or not you can use a font for commercial use is not related to GIMP. It depends where *you* got this font from. Have fun,
