about GIMP with Drawing Tablet in KDE4 BUG [IT'S A MISTAKES]

because i don't know when i change GIMP Tablet pen settings (Edit -> Input devices) must be restart GIMP then my painting tablet can be working....

i never seen Where written this: "this setting must be restart GIMP To apply"

== to KDE == its not a KDE issue though its just GIMP
