I am not a GIMP user yet, but I have to ask you some questions. I read on your website, that this SW is freely distributable. For all that, one question:
Is this SW for FREE USE also for the government, or any restrictions for "commercial use"?
I need to know that to prevent ani sanctions resulting from the terms of use - license documentation.
