Downloading a PC version on a Mac?

I am a Mac user, and I am trying to help someone download a pc version of gimp. When I go to the gimp download page, all I see is Mac versions. Is there a way to download a pc version using a mac? Or
What is the procedure for downloading and installing GIMP on a pc?

Clicking a rather visible "Show other downloads" link expands the section with other downloads :)
