Prohibitory sign

Hi,

I am trying to move a layer with photo or adjust and then I get to see this sign. What am I doing wrong? Can you explain to me what I should do differently.

With regards,

Gerard Teuben

I'd say you locked transformation of a layer, but this feature isn't in the stable release, so the question is: are you using an unstable 2.9 build from e.g. partha.com?

This seems to be a general problem. The user should tell which version he or she uses.
What can we do to avoid misunderstandings? :-\
