Shift + 2 not working ?

By pressing Shift + 2 should the view get resized by 50% - but nothing happens.
(Win 7 - gimp 2.8.6 64 bit)

not win but + works here and resize is "to 50%" rather than "+50%".

Win 7 GIMP 2.8.4 32bit

Not a keystroke I ever remember using but just checked and here the +zoom keys (1-5) work, but not the -zoom. (i.e. the SHIFT+number)

Shift-2 is the @ sign for me, but it depends on your keyboard. Here zooming is on the + key, shift-equals for me.

Check edit->keyboard sortcuts for what it should do.

Doesn't work for me either, but binding to @ (the character produced by holding down shift and 2 on my keyboard) works for me.

I'm not sure if this is a bug in the current bindings, since I've always had 2 3 4 5 shifted & unshifted bound to changing brush size and hardness.
