gimp2 win32 problem with xmlparse.dll

Hi,

my friend has a problem with running gimp2 on windows. Maybe its related to gimp maybe not, as i don't get this error on my win32 box:

german:

"der prozedureinsprungpunkt " xml_setdoctypedechandler" wurde in der dll "xmlparse.dll" nicht gefunden

translated:

xml_setdoctypedechandler wasn't found in xmlparse.dll ;)

Hopeflly anyone can help me
