Newbie Q: Where is GIMPTool?

Hi,

I'd like to develop a GIMP Plugin.

In the tutorial on the Developer's website it says that I need gimptool.

Where do I get gimptool?

It gets placed in your ${prefix}/bin/ directory after you compile and make install.
