Forward Port of WWWWolf's "Fiery Steel" Logo to GIMP 2.3.

Hi!

I forward-ported WWWWolf's "Fiery Steel" Logo[1] to GIMP 2.3. You can find it here:

http://www.shlomifish.org/gimp/wwwwolf-scripts/2.3/fierysteel.scm.gz

While working on it, I discovered and fixed a bug in the displace plug-in.
