Gimp.app

There is now a 2.0.0 release of Gimp.app. Recent improvements include the ability to drop image files on the icon of a running gimp.app process. gimp-help 0.2 has been added to the bundle. Help and web browsing requests are now handled by the system's default browser. Printing now works with the 1.2.5 release. Also if Apple's X11 can't be started, rather than simply exiting, a dialog box pops up explaining that the required X11 failed to start.
