Gimp Perl pre2 release

The next prerelease of the perl bindings for Gimp is at: ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/plug-ins/v2.0/perl/Gimp-2.0pre2.tar.gz and at CPAN when indexed.

* fixes the make problem when latest ExtUtils::Depends is installed (add_define is no longer a method). * enums are up to date
* more plugins are tested/working

Needs lots of documentation, testing, and probably fixes before being a full release.
