https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gimp-on-rollapp/eodhmnkhmnkmimhckfpkgmbmcgjkaddo?hl=en-US rollapp is making money off of gimp and practically selling it in the google web store!

I don't know if this is legal or not but thought I should bring it to your attention!

Legal?

Neither of these appear to be violating the GPL. Unless there's proof otherwise, the very worst that happens is more people get to be aware of and use GIMP.
