StreamComputing GEGL-OpenCL project

Hi, just to know, what happened to this project?

https://www.gimp.org/news/2016/01/28/gegl-opencl-streamcomputing/

The site http://opencl.org/ was never updated

Also the github https://github.com/OpenCL/GEGL-OpenCL has no activity.

https://github.com/OpenCL/GEGL-OpenCL/network will give you a better idea.

In a nutshell, several GEGL ops were ported to OpenCL, but the organizing team lacked the time to benchmark them and submit the "winners" to the upstream GEGL project. Eventually, the activity in that project subsided.

All ports are still available (see the link above), so anyone is welcome to do their own benchmarking and backport the changes to upstream GEGL.
