I would like to update doc page

All,
While looking at the documentation, I found a page that I would like to try to improve the translation on:

http://docs.gimp.org/2.8/en/gimp-introduction-whats-new.html

I am looking to improve the wording/grammer, to make it more understandable in US english. Who do I contact? Where to send changes? Thanks,
