Bug 741200 -paint options spacing differs from brush spacing

gimp git considers all predefined brushes as having 100% hardness

If you select a predefined round brush with 25% hardness its real hardness will be 100% until you manually change it.

Yes, it's the same issue, it affects not only spacing but also hardness.

There is a patch now attached to the bug that is up for commentary. Feedback welcome.
