I've been trying to grab a tarball of babl and gegl for the last 24ish
hours and keep getting an error message:

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Is this permanent? Do I have the wrong address, https://gimptest.flamingtext.com:9090/ ?

For some reason Jenkins was not restarted after yum auto-updated to
version 1.450. The service is up and running again now. Thanks for
reporting!
