Make introductionary tutorials better accessable (from GIMP)

Hi,

There is a bug (#328757)[1] filed, in which I proposed that the GIMP may have some sort of bookmarks to our tutorials. Sven pointed me to the web-browser script of the GIMP.

I added bookmarks[2] and want to ask for feedback from the authors crowd. What do you guys think? Is there something missing?

Footnotes...

Please stop this. While it might seem to make you texts more "educated", many educated people despise the use of footnotes :)

If something is worth to appear in a footnote, it is worth to appear in the text.

I'm using footnotes in Mails (nearly) only for URLs. Using them in text will make it messy and awfull to read IMO. So I can't see why I should stop using footnotes for this ...
