How to get GIMP 2.7.3/HEAD (Windows Vista/7 (64-bit))

This is an unofficial 64-bit build from partha.com. Please note that the version number is wrong and one version too big (for instance, a snapshot between 2.7.2 and 2.7.3 is called “2.7.3” incorrectly).
